No. The Free plan is forever-free, and the 14-day trial of either Pro or Business does not ask for a card.
The trial matches the plan you picked. Start the Pro trial and you get unlimited records, CSV export, and PDF tax-year reports for 14 days. Start the Business trial and you get all of that plus 25 members per organization and multi-org support. After the trial ends your data stays — you just drop back to the Free limits until you upgrade.
Nothing is deleted. Your records remain visible and exportable. You just can't add new ones past the Free cap until you upgrade again.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. You keep Pro/Business features through the end of the paid period.
No. The rate you sign up at is yours for as long as your subscription stays active. If we raise prices for new customers (we have no plans to), you keep your original rate. The only way the lock breaks is if you cancel and resubscribe later — at which point the then-current rate applies.
